Ingredients  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Stir to combine until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Notes

  • If sauce is too thick, thin with a splash of milk or water. 
  • Add more lime juice or salt to taste as desired. 
  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
