Today is a simple, easy recipe that the whole family can enjoy! This Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria is actually made without any alcohol, no wine included. Just apple cider, ginger beer, lots of fruits and seasonal spices and some sparkling water. But when combined it makes a beautiful festive drink that will suit the party atmosphere of the day.

In case you’re wondering, no ginger beer actually doesn’t have any alcohol in it. It’s basically a ginger ale, but it has a slightly more intense ginger flavor. All these flavors pair perfectly.

Ingredients  

  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 8.5 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 honey crisp apple chopped
  • 1 orange sliced
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • 3 cloves

Instructions 

  • Pour the apple cider, sparkling water, and ginger beer into a large pitcher. Add in the chopped fruit and spices.
  • Serve immediately either chilled or over ice.
