BBQ Meatballs FAQs
Overcooking can cause meatballs to dry out. Chicken and turkey meatballs have a naturally lighter look to them, they won’t have a deep brown coloring like beef meatballs. Be sure not to overcook them. Use an internal meat thermometer to ensure doneness. They should reach 165 degrees F.
We love serving any of our favorite BBQ side dishes including: corn, potatoes, salads, and fresh fruit.
