This {No Yeast} Pizza Dough is the quickest, easiest way to make fresh, homemade pizza for your family. All it takes is 15 minutes from start to finish!
Do you have 15 minutes to spare? Sometimes I do. When it comes to making dinner for the family, I definitely can spare 15 minutes. Especially when it’s for pizza.
Considering the fact that I couldn’t even order out and have a hot fresh meal on the table in that amount of time. This no yeast pizza dough is pretty much fool proof.
No yeast involved. No time to rise. Just 5 ingredients, mix it up, top it off, bake, eat, enjoy!
I used my KitchenAid Mixer with the dough hook attachment to mix up my dough, if you don’t have a mixer that you can do this with, it will take slightly longer to mix up the dough.
But on the bright side you’ll be spending the extra minutes multi-tasking as you build those arm muscles up.
You can also make this dough in the food processor. Just pulse until the dough forms into a ball.
Nothing beats having a home cooked meal for your family. The ingredients for this no yeast pizza dough are things you most likely have in your pantry. This recipe is a sanity saver!
Trust me, when it comes time for dinner and you’re exhausted and want nothing more than to be already sitting and eating, this pizza dough is the way to go!
How do I make pizza dough without yeast?
The base for this pizza dough is the fact that we are using baking powder instead of yeast. That means that once we mix up this dough it’s ready to go. There is no waiting period for the dough to rise.
This dough is tough enough to handle any toppings you throw on it. I’ve been able to load it up, like with this pulled pork pizza.

{No Yeast} Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup butter room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, or prepare your pizza pan to your preference or instructions.
- In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, using dough hook mix on low speed until one ball of dough forms. (This can be made without a mixer, you will just stir until you have a ball of dough that forms)
- Sprinkle flour onto a rolling pin and your hands, remove the ball of dough from the mixing bowl and pat down with flour to help form into a solid ball. Dough may be slightly sticky straight from the mixer.
- Roll the dough into a ball and set onto the prepared baking sheet. Using the rolling pin coated with flour roll out the dough to desired thickness, mine was about 1/4 of an inch thick.
- Spread with Homemade Pizza Sauce Top with desired toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, allow time to cool and enjoy!

Legitimately use this recipe on a weekly basis. Love making our own thin crust pizza. I throw some breadcrumbs and flour on the pizza stone and roll it out. Great stuff!
Our butter in U.S. isn’t labeled well for metric units. A stick says 113 g, which is also 1/2 cup or 8 Tablespoons. Crazy, huh? So 1/4 cup of butter equals 57 grams of butter. Hope that helps.
Really….!?!?
¼ cup butter!?!?!
What is that …
How about ** GRAMS of be butter!!!! Butter is after all a SOLID!!!
