  • Beautiful: this fall cocktail recipe is beautiful and would look lovely served on a holiday table for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
  • Easy to Make: thanks to easy ingredients this drink is quick to shake together, or make a pitcher for serving a crowd.

Ingredients

Ingredients needed to make an apple cider margarita on the counter.
  • Tequila: use a Reposado or a Silver tequila.
  • Apple Cider: this recipe uses apple cider, not juice. Look for an unfiltered apple cider, this will have the sediment and pulp, requiring you to shake it together before using.
  • Maple Syrup: this is used to sweeten the drink and balance out the tart flavor from the lemon. You can substitute with agave nectar if you prefer, but the maple syrup matches the fall flavorings.
