Use this BBQ Chicken to make:

Adding Veggies

Make this an entire meal by adding some of your favorite vegetables to roast alongside the chicken.

  • Some vegetables to include: Brussels sprouts, potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob, zucchini, asparagus, bell pepper, or broccoli.
  • How to Create a Full Sheet Pan Meal: In my opinion, the best way to cook chicken in the oven, is to have it on a wire rack on top of a sheet pan. This allows the juices to drip below. I recommend adding veggies to a second sheet pan and roasting in the oven at the same time.

Notes

  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat using the oven, an air fryer, or the microwave.
  • Chicken: You can use either chicken thighs or breasts for this recipe. Depending on the thickness of your chicken the baking time may vary. Always check the internal temperature of your chicken to ensure that it is properly cooked. Breasts should register 165 degrees F and thighs can reach 175 degrees F.
  • BBQ Sauce: I recommend using your favorite type of BBQ sauce on this chicken. My personal preference is to use the Sprouts store brand Organic BBQ sauce it has a nice flavor.
