The perfect brunch cocktail! A mixture of a bellini and margarita! Made with peach juice, tequila, and champagne!
I’m so excited to be sharing an entire brunch meal with you this week! Starting with this recipe for Bellini Margaritas.
I think it’s no surprise I like margaritas..
I thought margarita-fying a classic brunch drink would be a fun way to help celebrate Mother’s Day this coming weekend. That’s right.. Mother’s Day. I deserve a brunch right?? So do all of you moms reading this too though!
A bellini is a take on a mimosa. A mimosa is the classic brunch drink of orange juice and champagne. A bellini is peach juice and champagne.
This bellini margarita takes it just a slight bit further by adding a sugared rim, and a touch of tequila.
If you haven’t guesses yet, I’m doing a Texas style brunch for us this week. I really had a lot of fun creating these recipes. And if you follow along on Snapchat you probably saw my quiche fails leading up to this.
Chorizo, while tasty with eggs, a little too greasy to add to a quiche.

OH my WORD, Serene! You’ve pretty much taken all of my favorite drinks and made them into one! I’m going to tell my hubby that I’d like him to make these for me for Mother’s Day, and to just keep ’em comin’. ๐
