The Big Game is coming up soon! So of course I have to share an easy to make last minute appetizer for you. These bite sized Spicy Turkey Ritz Sandwiches are the perfect savory snack to have set out for guests. Or maybe you just want to make a batch for yourself and eat them for lunch… Not that I did that or anything. The base for these sandwiches is the best part though, Ritz crackers. The buttery flavored cracker is the perfect base for making these appetizer sandwiches.

These are the perfect snack to throw together in the last five minutes before friends start arriving.  They are that quick to make. And all the ingredients can be found at Walmart. Here’s a quick picture to show you where you can find the Ritz Crackers set up in the store.

To start we need a cookie sheet, line it with some parchment paper. Spread out the Ritz Crackers.  Layer some turkey sandwich meat and a small square slice of pepper jack cheese. I purchased pre-sliced cheese and just cut those slices into fourths and they were the perfect size. Bake these for about 5 minutes just to get the cheese nice and melted.

Once you remove them from the oven, put a little spoonful of pepper jelly, I used about a teaspoon full of jelly on each sandwich. But I won’t tell if you decide to add a little more 🙂

And finally top it off with another Ritz Cracker!
