Glass filled with white wine sangria and garnished with rosemary.

Want to step it up for the holidays and do something fancier than the classic margarita? This sparkling white sangria is possibly the prettiest drink I have ever had. Next to the Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria. They are very similar, minus a few ingredients and the fact that this one actually has alcohol and wine in it.

Making this in a pitcher makes this the perfect sangria recipe for a crowd, and dressed up with winter fruits and holiday colors makes this the perfect drink to serve during the holidays!

How to Make White Wine Sangria

A typical sangria is made with wine, sugar, a brandy or liquor, and a variety of fruits. Sweetened with the sparkling apple cider, and spiced up a bit with ginger beer. The reason that this version is a sparkling sangria is thanks to the bubbles from the carbonation in the sparkling cider and ginger beer.

The addition of winter fruits (pears, pomegranate, cranberries, and oranges) make this the perfect drink to have for celebrating the Holidays.

To make this drink simply add the fruits you’re using to a large pitcher, then pour the wine, cider, and ginger beer on top. A quick stir will combine the drink. Then let it sit in the refrigerator to chill for several hours to let the flavors blend.
