Hibiscus Margarita

This Hibiscus Margarita is made from Hibiscus simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and tequila. Perfectly sweet, tart, and a beautiful dark pink color.

KEY INGrEDIENTS

Dried Hibiscus Flowers White Granulated Sugar Tequila Reposado Triple Sec Lime

Prepare the Hibiscus Syrup. Bring water to a simmer with sugar until it dissolves, then add the dried hibiscus to steep. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.

Mix the sugar with lime zest to make a sweet, and tangy treat for the rim of the glass. Shake ice, tequila, orange liqueur, and hibiscus syrup in a cocktail shaker to combine.

Rub a lime along the edge of the glass, dip into the lime zest sugar, add ice to the glass and then fill with the mixed margarita.

Serve and enjoy immediately!
