Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then flip and sear the other side. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside. Cook the vegetables until they are soft and tender. Then sprinkle in flour.
Add the broth and seasonings. Then add chicken back into the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and turn to low to let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove and shred the chicken.
