Whipped Cinnamon Honey Butter

Light as air, this whipped cinnamon honey butter is perfect for slathering on your rolls, toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc. Based on the beloved Texas Roadhouse version, this butter is whipped up with honey, sugar, a good dose of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the room temperature butter, powdered sugar, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix with a hand mixer (this helps whip the butter and completely blend it together) 

Notes

Storage: 
  • Store at room temperature for up to 3 days. Then store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. 
  • Butter can be frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw before serving. You may need to mix it up with your hand mixer again before serving to get the same airy texture.
