  • 1 lb uncooked pasta rotini
  • cup red onion diced (soaked in dressing)
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 (6 ounce can) black olives sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozarella cut in half
  • 8 oz genoa salami chopped
  • ½ cup pepperonicini sliced
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • cup parmesan freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley diced


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just past al dente. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water.
  • Add the cooled noodles and fillings into a large bowl.
  • Toss the noodles, fillings, and dressing all together.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator to allow to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.


Store in refrigerator in a sealed container for 2-3 days.
