Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground chicken to the skillet, then add the seasonings (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and oregano).
Break apart the meat while it cooks with the seasonings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked through (will look white and no longer pink).
Stir in the chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Spray a large baking sheet with avocado oil, place the corn tortillas on the baking sheet, spray the tops of the tortillas with additional avocado oil. Bake for 5 minutes until the tortillas look golden, flip and then bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. (Keep an eye on them during this process, they can bake very quickly).
Spread refried beans on each tortilla, top with the cooked ground chicken, and then sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake for 3 minutes or just until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and drizzle with crema.
