- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- juice from 1 lime
Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground chicken to the skillet, then add the seasonings (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and oregano).
Break apart the meat while it cooks with the seasonings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked through (will look white and no longer pink).
Stir in the chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Use in tacos, burritos, salads, bowls, and more!
Storage:

- Reheat on the stovetop with a small amount of broth if needed for extra moisture.
