Churro Muddy Buddies

Sweet, crunchy, and coated in a dreamy mix of white chocolate and cinnamon-sugar, these Churro Muddy Buddies are snack perfection. Whether you’re prepping for a party or just craving a quick treat, this easy no-bake recipe will disappear in no time!

Ingredients

  • 9 cups rice square cereal
  • cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon into a bowl, mix together and set aside. 
  • Measure white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Mix until chocolate chips are coated in coconut oil.
  • Microwave white chocolate chip mixture in thirty second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
  • Add Rice squares into either a large lidded bowl, large paper bag, or large resealable bag. 
  • Pour white chocolate mixture in with rice squares and shake until thoroughly mixed together. 
  • Pour cinnamon sugar mix into the white chocolate covered rice cereal and continue shaking until thoroughly mixed. 
  • Pour muddy buddies mixture onto a baking tray and place in the fridge for 15 minutes. 
  • Store at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

  • Refrigerator: Keep in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freezer: Store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
  • Serving Tip: Let them come to room temperature before serving for the best crunch!
Rice Chex: The crispy base that soaks up all the cinnamon-sugar goodness. Sub with Corn Chex or any square-shaped cereal for a similar texture. There is a Cinnamon Chex cereal, if you use this version, you will want to cut the sugar used in the recipe because it ends up being too sweet.
