Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking apart the meat while cooking.
While the meat is cooking, add in the minced onion.
Once ground beef is cooked and browned, no longer pink, drain any excess grease and remove from heat.
Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the meat, stir to combine.
Stir in the mayonnaise and shredded cheddar cheese.
Slice the hawaiian rolls in half, making a top and bottom bun.
Lay the bottom of the buns in the prepared baking pan.
Layer the ground beef, sliced cheese and pickles onto the bottom half of the buns. Drizzle with burger sauce.
Place the top bun on.
Brush the top of the buns with the melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the top buns are golden and cheese is melted.
