English Muffin Pizzas
These English Muffin Pizza a fun and easy kid friendly dinner or snack recipe. Toasted English muffins topped with pizza sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and all your favorite toppings.

- 6 English muffins
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups whole milk mozzarella grated
- ½ cup mini pepperoni
- 4 ounces baby bella mushrooms sliced
- ½ green bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- fresh basil diced
- grated parmesan for serving
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice English muffins in half and place on a large baking sheet, cut side up.
Bake the muffins for 8 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.
Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the tops.
Top with grated mozzarella and add desired toppings, each person can make these their own!
Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Top with grated parmesan and fresh basil for serving.
