- 1½ ounces triple sec
- 1½ ounces tequila
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3 ounces apple cider
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
Cinnamon Sugar Rim
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Garnish (optional)
- sliced apples
- cinnamon sticks
In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon to make the cinnamon sugar for the glass rims.
Prepare the glass by running a lemon wedge on the side of a glass, then dip into the cinnamon sugar.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
Pour in the tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, apple cider, and maple syrup.
Shake to combine and chill the drink.
Add ice to the prepared margarita glass.
Pour the drink over the ice.
Garnish as desired with apple slices or cinnamon sticks.
Serve immediately.
