- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Stir to combine and use as a dry rub, marinade or store in a sealed jar.

Store the seasoning in an airtight container. Mason jars, plastic containers with tight-fitting lids, or resealable bags are all good options.

Use the seasoning within 6 months for best flavor.
Amount:
- Use 1 teaspoon of seasoning mix per pound of meat as a dry rub. Recipe makes 1/4 cup of seasoning.
- Use 2 tablespoons of seasoning to 1/4 cup of oil, and juice of 1 orange and 1 lime for a marinade.
