Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup roasted red bell peppers patted dry
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Use or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
