This beautiful summer Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is packed with fresh juicy strawberries, pecans, feta and drizzled with a healthy poppyseed dressing.
POPPYSEED DRESSING Plain Greek Yogurt Maple Syrup Apple Cider Vinegar | Olive Oil Salt | Poppyseeds STRAWBERRY SALAD Ripe Strawberries Mixed Spring Greens Onions | Pecans | Feta
Prepare a medium size bowl with cold water, thinly slice the red onion and place in the bowl to soak while preparing the salad. (This helps to mellow the flavoring)
Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them. Then set aside. Make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small jar, close the lid and shake to combine.
Layer the greens, top with the sliced strawberries, red onions, chopped pecans and feta crumbles. Drizzle with the salad dressing and serve immediately.
