Cast Iron Ribeye Steak

This cast iron ribeye steak is a great quick and easy family dinner recipe. Tender, juicy beef with a gorgeous sear all made in less than 20 minutes on the stovetop!

INGREDIENTS

Ribeye Steaks  Coarse Salt and Black Pepper Olive Oil | Unsalted Butter Garlic Cloves | Rosemary Sprigs GARLIC HERB BUTTER Butter | Garlic Clove Fresh Parsley | Fresh Rosemary

Heat a skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes to ensure that it is hot. Pat dry the steak with a paper towel. Rub seasoning into the meat with your fingers.

Sear the steaks for 5-6 minutes flipping every 30 seconds until a nice golden crust is formed. Add butter and herbs to the skillet and cook the steaks until 5-10 degrees below desired doneness temperature. CLICK link below for a temperature chart.

Remove the steak from the skillet and set on cutting board or plate covered with foil to let rest prior to cutting. Mix together the ingredients for the garlic herb butter.

Slice steak against the grain, top with garlic herb butter and serve!
