(3 Ingredient) Chocolate Mousse Filled Strawberries

  • Add the heavy cream and chocolate chips to a heat safe bowl. Heat in microwave for about 2 minutes. If using stovetop then heat the cream on the stovetop until just starting to simmer. Remove from heat, pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for a few minutes.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add in the vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge to chill for about 30-45 minutes until set. Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Hull the strawberries and cut the very bottom tip off so that the strawberries will stand up.
  • Add the chocolate mousse to a piping bag and pipe into the hulled strawberries.
  • Store in the refrigerator if not serving immediately. Can save in the fridge for one day before serving.
