Taco Bowl
These Taco Bowls are a fun twist on a traditional taco. Ground beef taco meat layered on cilantro lime rice and all your favorite taco toppings. This easy and delicious meal will become a new family favorite.

Toppings
- 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly grated
- 1 roma tomato diced
- ¼ medium red onion sliced
- ½ cup guacamole
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro diced
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef. Break the beef up with a wooden spoon while cooking. Cook the ground beef fully, until browned and no longer pink.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Then return to the stove and reduce the heat to low.
Add the 1/4 cup water and taco seasoning. Stir together until the meat is coated in the sauce.
Allow this to cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Create bowls by layering cooked rice in the bottom of the bowl. Top with ground beef, grated cheese, diced tomato, and sliced red onion.
Add scoops of guacamole and sour cream. Drizzle with salsa and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
