In a food processor add all of the ingredients.
Pulse for about 10 seconds until smooth and creamy. Can add additional blue cheese crumbles as desired to make the dressing chunky, or to increase the blue cheese flavoring.
- Blue Cheese: Fresh crumbled blue cheese will give the best flavoring.
- Mayonnaise: Use your favorite brand, choosing egg-free or avocado oil if you want.
- Sour Cream: Substitute with plain greek yogurt.
- Buttermilk: This gives a nice tanginess to the dressing. If you don't have any on hand you can make your own buttermilk by adding vinegar or lemon juice to regular milk.
