Strawberry Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Strawberry Salad
- 2 cups ripe strawberries
- 8 cups mixed spring greens
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- ½ cup feta crumbled
Prepare a medium size bowl with cold water, thinly slice the red onion and place in the bowl to soak while preparing the salad. (This helps to mellow the flavoring)
Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing. Set aside
Make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small jar, close the lid and shake to combine.
To prepare the salad, layer the greens, top with the sliced strawberries, red onions, chopped pecans, feta crumbles.
Drizzle with the salad dressing and serve immediately.
Depending on thickness of yogurt, you may need to adjust by adding milk of choice to get desired consistency.
