{Slow Cooker} Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Chicken Parmesan Casserole made in the slow cooker using ONLY 7 ingredients! Perfect family dinner or comfort food!

- 1 pound chicken breasts boneless & skinless
- 4 cups chicken broth low/no sodium
- 1 (24 ounce jar) Tomato & Basil marinara sauce
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound pasta noodles
- 1 (15 ounce can) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Pour the marinara sauce and chicken stock into the slow cooker. Add the chicken, diced onion and minced garlic. Cook over low heat for 6-8 hours, or high heat for 4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, place it on a plate and shred. Chicken should fall apart easily.
Add the chicken back to the slow cooker. Add the pasta noodles and diced tomatoes.
Place the lid back on and continue to cook the slow cooker on high heat for another 20 minutes, or until the pasta is fully cooked.
Salt and Pepper to taste. Add in the parmesan cheese and let melt on top. Serve warm and enjoy.
