Turkey Meatballs in Creamy Gravy

Tender and flavorful turkey meatballs seasoned with a combination of dried herbs, all swimming in a creamy gravy. They come together quick for an easy weeknight dinner, or for a light Thanksgiving feast!

Olive Oil | Ground Turkey Onion | Dried Parsley Salt | Worcestershire Sauce Black Pepper | Poultry Seasoning Bread Crumbs | Egg Milk   GRAVY Butter | All-Purpose Flour Chicken Broth | Dried Thyme Parsley | Poultry Seasoning  Salt | Black Pepper

Combine the meat with seasonings, onion, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add the milk and mix together. To really incorporate the ingredients use your hands to mix it together.

Scoop the meat mixture and roll between your hands to create round balls. Then cook in a skillet with a small amount of oil. Remove all of the meatballs from the skillet.

Start with a roux of butter and flour. Pour in the chicken broth and add seasonings. Bring to a simmer, then add the meatballs back in and let them continue to cook in the gravy.

My all time favorite way to enjoy these meatballs is over some creamy mashed potatoes.
