Olive Oil | Ground Turkey Onion | Dried Parsley Salt | Worcestershire Sauce Black Pepper | Poultry Seasoning Bread Crumbs | Egg Milk GRAVY Butter | All-Purpose Flour Chicken Broth | Dried Thyme Parsley | Poultry Seasoning Salt | Black Pepper
Combine the meat with seasonings, onion, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add the milk and mix together. To really incorporate the ingredients use your hands to mix it together.
Scoop the meat mixture and roll between your hands to create round balls. Then cook in a skillet with a small amount of oil. Remove all of the meatballs from the skillet.
Start with a roux of butter and flour. Pour in the chicken broth and add seasonings. Bring to a simmer, then add the meatballs back in and let them continue to cook in the gravy.
