Brisket Rub

This brisket rub  is an easy-to-make blend with  classic salt  and pepper base, bringing out  the brisket’s richness while enhancing the natural beef flavor.

KEY INGrEDIENTS

Coarse Salt Ground Black Pepper Granulated Garlic Granulated Onion Chili Powder Ground Coriander

Measure out the spices needed. Stir to combine, then add into a jar until ready to use.

To use the dry rub, rub the brisket down with a binder if using one. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning blend over the entire brisket.

Using your hands press the rub into the meat to help it adhere. Smoke  or cook the brisket  according to the recipe you are following.

For flavor variations, try switching out the chili powder for chipotle chili powder, adding more garlic powder, or adding coffee for a robust, earthy flavor.
