Enjoy the classic flavors of chocolate and mint together in these Thin Mint® Brownies that will remind you of your favorite Girl Scout® Cookies!
Thin mints y’all. In brownie form.
When J.M. Smucker Company asked me to share their new Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes with you, I knew I had to pick the Thin Mints® Flavored Brownie Mix.
I have many fond memories of the Thin Mints®. I sold cookies myself when I was in Girl Scouts® back in the day. But we don’t need to discuss just how far back in the day that was. The thin mints were always among my top favorite cookies ever. Toss em in the freezer and it’s just pure chocolate mint heaven.
These brownies are super easy to make. They are loaded with mint flavor and chunks of chocolate. Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes are easy to use, come out beautifully, and are delicious!
Not to mention they are a fun way to spend time in the kitchen with Little Miss.
Wondering where you can find these Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes? I found mine at Walmart in the baking aisle. Click here to save $1.00 on the purchase of 1 using Ibotta. One of my favorite things about this product? Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes contain no colors, preservatives, or artificial flavors.
Thin Mints® not your thing? There’s Caramel Coconut mixes also!
Now let’s take things just a step further shall we?
If we take these brownies from our Thin Mints® Flavored Brownie Mix, add some chocolate ice cream and milk, we have an extra special treat.
Voila. And. You’re Welcome.
I had to do a chocolate syrup drizzle inside the cup too. Because that is what one does when faced with a Thin Mint® Brownie Milkshake.
Little miss had a blast in the kitchen with this special dessert. She’s a big fan of chocolate. And of stirring baking mixes.
She’s really good at it too.
And here is that little hand. If you don’t know, I work from home. So I cook and develop recipes in my own kitchen. Take the pictures on my own set up (in my garage, because it’s the only good natural light I have. And it’s only about 500 degrees in the summertime. But that’s another story).
anyway. Little Miss no longer takes naps. If you follow the posts back far enough you will notice that there were no little hands in pictures. When the hands start appearing, that’s when we know she was no longer taking naps.
And leafy greens are one of her favorites also. Little trees. She’s going to grow up loving the kitchen, cooking, and adding leafy green garnishes to things.
While taking pictures is definitely a new challenge with my little helper, I love spending this time in the kitchen with her. And while some of the things I make she can’t always participate in (those days she gets a bowl of oatmeal and some things to mix and make her own creation). I can always count on Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes to be something she can definitely help out with!
And of course, she is always rewarded if she makes it the whole photo shoot before starting to enjoy the food.
